What does the 'e' stand for?

-The 'e' in our name eSolutions stands for: electronic, email, ecommerce, effective, and more. The term eSolutions was coined to describe the multiple types of services we offer related to computers.

How come your prices are so affordable?

- Affordable eSolutions is the side business of our designers. All our designers have full time positions at other companies or are students in college. We also run the business from our homes. This allows us to cut the price for the customer by minimizing our costs and not relying on Affordable eSolutions to be our lively hood.

If this is a side business, what about support?

- We will do everything in our power to help you within 24 hours of your support issue. The turn around time is the same as other companies that are not side businesses.

How much does your services cost?

- Please see our services and rates sheet for a quick look.

What is an eBook?

- An eBook is an electronic copy of a book. It is a self contained file that needs a password to open it up. It contains graphics and text and it works like a website.

What if I can't meet with my designer face-to-face?

- We prefer to work with local (Chattanooga, TN) customers. That way it is more personal and we can work together more effectively to serve you best. In some cases we may not be able to meet. In these cases we suggest close converation by telephone and email to work on your designs.

What is the first step to get started in getting a website?

-Think of a website name you would want and try to register a domain name. To register the domain name using us as your provider click here. Once you have picked out and registered a domain name contact us to have a meeting about the design of your website. Remember, this first hour meeting is free. So even if you decide not to go through with it, you don't owe us anything.
